Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IAM/IGA engineer to design and manage enterprise identity solutions across corporate infrastructure, including SSO, MFA, and PAM, with HRIS integrations. You will build identity automation for onboarding/off-boarding, monitor lifecycle performance, and lead delivery on upgrades and migrations while collaborating with IT, Security, and GRC to meet regulatory standards.

This role requires 8–10 years in IAM, hands-on experience with Entra ID and Active Directory,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in identity and access management with HRIS integrations.
• Experience implementing and managing IGA products (Lumos, SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Hands-on with Entra ID and Active Directory in a hybrid environment.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA frameworks.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and PAM tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery on IAM/IGA projects, including upgrades and migrations.
• Monitor performance and identify optimizations; respond to incidents.
• Mentor engineers across IT and Security; track industry trends.
• Maintain system design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or other relevant degree or equivalent work experience
• 8-10 years in identity and access management, including IGA integrations with HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)
• Experience implementing, configuring, and managing an IGA product like Lumos, SailPoint, Saviynt, etc
• Hands-on expertise with Entra ID and Active Directory, preferably in a hybrid environment, with respect to identity and access
• Solid grasp of onboarding/off-boarding standards and lifecycle workflows
• Scripting proficiency (PowerShell)
• Working knowledge of security/compliance frameworks: ISO 27001, FedRAMP, GDPR, HIPAA
• Experience with SSO, MFA, and PAM tooling
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills to work across IT, Security, and business teams
• Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
