Micron Technology, Inc. in Idaho seeks a Staff I4.0 Analyst to join the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization.

You will help define and deliver end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions across functions, applying automation, AI, and ML to enhance product development and operations. You will lead cross-functional projects with global teams, support quality initiatives, analyze data to identify improvements, and guide the adoption of I4.0 across the company to drive

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3+ years' experience in Quality management or Process Equipment Engineering.
• Strong domain knowledge of fab processes and quality systems.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in leading and managing projects.
• Excellent in communication, team work, and collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Support FE-SMAI Quality pillar initiatives from idea inception to prototyping and proof of concept delivery.
• Coordinate SMAI tactical support on current top Quality issues faced by end users at FE sites.
• Work with business users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 for Smart Manufacturing.
• Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in current solutions.
• Define business solution and propose projects for implementation.
• Lead projects and activities requiring coordination of resources from global teams.
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities.
• Use metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
