Job summary

The Staff 1 level underfills for Staff 2; incumbent reviews plans, specs, and provisions for accuracy, completeness, and constructability to ensure bidability and constructability.

The role involves on-site and online meetings, developing Time Determination Schedules, liquidated damages assessments, TMPs, and supporting project delivery while coordinating with contractors

Qualifications

• Two years journey-level technical experience or Engineer Intern certification.
• BSc/BA in civil engineering or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to review plans, specs and provisions for accuracy and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and provisions for accuracy and constructability.
• Attend project meetings in person, online via TEAMS, and on-site to ensure bidability.
• Develop Time Determination Schedules (TDS) to establish contract working days.
• Perform schedule and contract-related analyses and cost impacts as required.
• Assist in developing Limitations of Operations and Transportation Management Plans (TMPs).
• Perform related duties as assigned.
