General Motors Africa & Middle East is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to advise leadership on people strategies and organizational effectiveness. The role partners with business leaders to drive workforce planning, job design, and transformation initiatives in a cross-regional context.

The HRBP will lead organizational design, identify performance gaps, develop leaders, and guide employee relations with sound judgment while leveraging data to demonstrate HR impact.

Qualifications

Identifies recurring team or process challenges and collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to implement practical, scalable solutions. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced degree (MBA or MA in HR) strongly preferred.* 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to strategic HRBP roles in large, complex organizations.* Proven track record in enterprise organizational design, leadership development, and global talent management.* Expertise in HR technology platforms and AI-enabled HR solutions.* Exceptional communication, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.**Compensation:**The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.* The salary range for this role is $112,100 - $175,400.
