• Partner with Google Research, Pixel, and platform software teams to engineer features and user experiences.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that optimize power, performance, and area (PPA).
• Manage complex system-level bottlenecks by advocating bold, creative architectural approaches.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
  
• Expertise with Android architecture, Kernel, frameworks, services, etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interactions between software and different IP blocks, general and special purpose compute units.
• Understanding of computer architecture in embedded systems.
• Ability to traverse across the stack from Silicon to Apps.

As a member of the Silicon System Architecture team, you will drive the hardware/software co-design of next-generation SoCs. By leveraging your deep systems expertise, you will directly shape the roadmap for custom IP, SoC platforms, and system software.
