We're partnered with a fast-growing, VC-backed tech company to scale their developer-focused SaaS platform. As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll architect and build high-impact features in Golang, mentor engineers, and shape the future of a product used by thousands of developers globally.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize a scalable SaaS platform in Golang, solving complex infrastructure challenges.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver developer-centric tools with exceptional usability and performance.

• Ensure reliability and scalability as the platform grows, with a focus on Kubernetes ecosystems.

• Mentor team members and advocate for engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in Golang.

• Proven track record building distributed, cloud-native systems.

• Deep expertise in API design, relational databases, and Kubernetes operators/controllers.

• Passion for developer experience and open-source culture.

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

• Based in North America.
