The Accounting team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Staff GL Accountant at their Lafayette Hill, PA office. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in office.

The Staff GL Accountant supports accurate financial reporting and operational accounting activities for an assigned portfolio of Profit Centers. Responsibilities include balance sheet reconciliations, inventory and accrual analysis, fixed asset accounting, month‑end close responsibilities, and financial variance investigation. The role works closely with Profit Center Managers (PCMs), senior accounting team members, and leadership to research financial discrepancies, support accurate reporting, and maintain strong accounting discipline across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
