I came to work at Citation as a reservoir engineer right out of college. As a young engineer, I was given a great deal of responsibility and it encouraged and pushed me to work hard and learn quickly. I have been exposed to all the different engineering disciplines, which has allowed me to gain valuable experience early in my career. I have also thoroughly enjoyed the people I work with. Everyone has been so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have formed great friendships with my coworkers and they have really become a second family to me.
