Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and ship high-quality fullstack solutions. You will own major features from design to production, collaborate with product managers and customer success, and mentor other engineers on the team.

A strong emphasis on scalable architecture, fast iteration, and delivering reliable software in a remote-friendly environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in TypeScript-based frontend/backend development, React expertise, and experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building frontend and backend systems using TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with React or similar component-based libraries.
• Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Ability to deliver production-ready code with high autonomy and mentorship of others.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems, leading projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant impact to our business.
• Help set technical direction impacting our engineering team.
• Scope projects with product managers, customer success, and customers to build scalable solutions.
• Build and own the Northbeam dashboard, surface core marketing analytics.
• Develop features end-to-end from idea to production-ready solution, collaborating with teammates across the company.
