Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical contributions.
• Mentoring and training junior engineers.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading cross-pod or cross-company deliverables.
• Proven ability to set and enforce standards for stable, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and release of complex projects across multiple teams.
• Own medium to large features or infrastructure from design through completion.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to solve challenging problems.
