Axon Enterprise in Seattle is seeking a technical leader to define how we build client experiences that scale to millions of users across multiple markets and regions.
You will own the client architecture for RTO, set frontend foundations, mentor senior engineers, and partner with product and design to translate roadmaps into durable technical strategy.
Location: Seattle, Washington, United States
Fusus, our real-time crime center and operations platform, is growing fast: from local public safety agencies into the enterprise space, and from the US into international regions including the UK, Australia, and Europe. That growth means many market verticals, regulatory environments, and customer workflows converging on a shared platform. We need a technical leader who can define how we build client experiences that scale to millions of users across all of them.
In this role you will own the client architecture and frontend foundations strategy for RTO. You will define how we develop, compose, and ship client experiences so that Axon can deliver unique, vertical-specific workflows at scale on a common foundation. You will reason from first principles about how the system should work, not just how it works today, and you will set the technical direction that lets feature teams move fast without fragmenting the platform.
Location: This role is based out of our Seattle Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
