Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical strategy of assigned client projects, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical solutions and requirements.
• Assign and delegate work across the engineering team, balancing strengths and growth opportunities.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions with best practices.
• Proactively identify risks, surface blockers, and coordinate with Principal Engineer when needed.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and maintainability in all project deliverables.
• Represent engineering in cross-functional discussions with product, design, and client leadership, advocating for technical considerations.
• Mentor Senior and Associate Engineers, fostering technical growth and development.
