The Staff Full-Stack Engineer (L5) role is delivery-focused, leading major product initiatives end

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 10–12 years shipping and operating production systems at scale.
• Fluent frontend and backend with strong judgment for where to solve a problem.
• Proven experience leading multi-quarter initiatives from inception to launch.
• Strong system design skills in data modeling, API design, security and reliability.
• Ability to elevate a team via mentorship, code review, and setting standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.
• Bias toward clean abstractions and reusable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead major product features end-to-end: definition, design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Design and build enterprise-grade services and user-facing experiences across full stack.
• Create clean abstractions and reusable systems to accelerate velocity.
• Own quality, security, availability, and performance of team systems.
• Drive technical decision-making and influence adjacent teams.
• Respond to incidents, fix bottlenecks, and reduce toil.
• Deliver high-quality software through peer review, CI, and testing.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to raise craftsmanship.
