Capital One is seeking a Staff Full-stack Engineer to shape B2B platforms and payment systems. This remote-eligible role requires leading technical vision, architecture and cross-team collaboration across cloud-native environments.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive microservices modernization, and partner with architecture leaders to set API standards and platform strategy. Strong coding and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud computing and data architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data architecture.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
