Job summary

Bubble Group, Inc. is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to advance the Mobile Platform, combining frontend React Native work with backend scalability. You will help shape the mobile builder and drive features across web and mobile.

You will lead design, partner with product and design, and mentor engineers to raise technical craft while delivering reliable, scalable experiences for millions of users. This is a remote-friendly US role with strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, preferably at high-growth startups.
• Experience leading projects and designing technical solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing automation, and troubleshooting issues across the stack.
• Strong coding skills and the ability to mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of our Mobile application builder.
• Architect deployment pipelinesfor seamless publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play, integrating with Bubble’s existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across web and mobile.
• Mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills and leadership.
• Partner directly with executive leadership to define roadmaps, inform and commit to priorities, and execute effectively.
