Capital One's Global Payment Network Technology group seeks a Staff Full-stack Engineer to lead high-impact initiatives across cloud, microservices and data platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture standards, and partner with product and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will balance deep technical work with coaching, evangelize a bold technical vision, and champion best practices across divisions while modernizing legacy systems and enabling new capabilities for

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering)
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data architecture
