Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Staff Full-stack Engineer who will define the future of banking in the cloud. You will lead technical direction, decompose complex problems, and ensure robust architecture and performance.

Collaborate with ML, product, and people leaders to drive initiatives and mentor engineers across the organization. You will champion modernization from monoliths to microservices, define API standards, and contribute to the engineering culture with knowledge sharing through code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data architecture and enterprise design patterns.
