Capital One in McLean, Virginia is seeking a Staff Full-stack Engineer to define and execute in a cloud-first banking environment. You will work with engineers, ML experts, product managers and people leaders to deliver scalable solutions and drive innovation across platforms.

You will mentor engineers, lead through technical contribution, drive modernization of monolithic systems into microservices, and collaborate with architects to set long-term platform strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
7+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and cloud environments.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience in data architecture and enterprise patterns.
