Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience and 7+ years in software engineering and related areas.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data/architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
• Mentor and guide professional and technical development of engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices across Agile teams.
• Oversee deployment of applications to AWS and build microservices architecture.
• Drive long-term technical strategy and platform roadmaps across enterprise systems.
• Partner with senior leaders to align roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
