As a Quality Assurance Staff Pharmacist, you will play an important role in pharmacist verification, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Pharmacy or Pharm.D, degree is required* Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the role.## **Preferred Qualifications*** Prefer a minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or related setting.* Experience in specialty pharmacy, fulfillment pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, central fill operations, or quality assurance environments.* Experience performing prescription verification in a high-volume pharmacy setting.* Experience training, mentoring, or supporting the development of pharmacy team members.* Demonstrated success contributing to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
