Harnham in New York seeks a Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer to help build and scale its core platform for a growing travel tech business. You will shape customer-facing products, internal tools, and platform integrations while partnering with Product and Design teams.

The role emphasizes owning frontend development end-to-end, delivering scalable web experiences, and collaborating with backend engineers to implement complete solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend web development experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define, prioritize, and deliver key product initiatives
• Build and enhance a web application used for onboarding, workflow management, search functionality, booking experiences, and customer interactions
• Develop and maintain scalable frontend solutions for customer-facing and internal platforms
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement end-to-end technical solutions
• Own projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment
• Contribute to frontend best practices, code quality, and application performance
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms and external systems
• Help shape the overall user experience through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
