What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives that enhance user experience and create meaningful virtual interactions
• Drive technical architecture decisions that shape the future of remote collaboration
• Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to develop and iterate on new features
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering team members
• Champion best practices in frontend development and code quality
• Build and scale robust, performant features using React and TypeScript
• Contribute to technical documentation and testing strategies

Ideal Candidate Background

• Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing web applications
• Strong expertise in frontend architecture, particularly with React and TypeScript
• Experience with NodeJS and modern web development practices
• Track record of leading technical initiatives from conception to delivery
• History of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Background in rapid prototyping and iterative development

Preferred Experience

• Experience with real-time collaboration tools or gaming platforms
• Background in scaling consumer applications
• Knowledge of WebRTC or video streaming technologies
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong product intuition and user-centric mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $187,000 - $255,000
