Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years of firmware development in medical devices.

• Experience translating user needs to design inputs and test protocols.
• Hands-on hardware debugging, soldering and prototyping.
• Familiarity with IEC 62304 and Design Control guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Define firmware architecture and lead firmware development for complex electromechanical systems.
• Ensure Design Control compliance and verification/validation strategies.
• Design, debug and verify firmware and electronics to meet medical device requirements.
• Create firmware verification test protocols and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver timely project plan milestones within NPI processes.
• Communicate technical content across R&D and external partners.
