Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Staff Environmental Engineer to support environmental assessment and remediation across multiple U.S. locations, including Milwaukee, Chicago, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, and Pittsburgh.

You will lead remedial systems design, coordinate field work, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor junior staff. The role requires a BS in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Engineer-In-Training certification or Professional Engineering license (preferred).
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and annual refresher certifications (preferred).
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental remedial systems and assessments, including design drawings and calculations.
• Coordinate field activities and oversee subcontractors.
• Prepare startup plans and operating procedures with guidance.
• Assist with RI/FS reports coordination and data management.
• Travel up to 25% for field activities and client meetings.
