Job description

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC) to join our team at Delonix Hotel Karawang. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing all mechanical and HVAC systems to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.


Responsibilities
  1. Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  2. Monitor and control energy consumption, optimizing HVAC operations to improve efficiency.
  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  4. Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory management.
  6. Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High school or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems maintenance, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of building systems and energy-efficient practices.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Relevant certifications in HVAC or electrical systems are a plus.
