Job summary

Latent is hiring its first Engineering Manager in San Francisco to lead a portfolio of product engineering teams. You will mentor Engineering Leads, hire and grow engineers, and align technical work with product and business priorities.

You will define engineering management practices, set architectural direction, and drive delivery of the healthcare-focused pharmacy intelligence platform in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
