Cekura is building the voice AI platform in a fast-growing in-person role in San Francisco. You will design and operate the core simulation engines and evaluation systems, handling audio, real-time throughput, and autonomous self-improvement loops at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems, real-time infrastructure, or LLM-based products.

Responsibilities

• Build the testing and simulation engine for thousands of conversations across voice, chat, and phone.
• Push the frontier of agent evaluation with LLM-powered evaluators and autonomous self-improvement loops.
• Conduct applied audio and speech research to map paralinguistic signals into structured metrics.
• Own real-time voice infrastructure including SIP, WebRTC, STT/TTS pipelines, and providers.
• Ship features end-to-end from design to production, owning backend, infra, and product surface.
