This position is located either in San Diego, CA or El Segundo, CA.The selected candidate will lead the application of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to shape system architecture, mission concepts, and technical solutions for advanced aerospace and defense applications. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
