Job summary

Analog Devices seeks a seasoned Quality Systems leader to drive audit programs and QMS standardization across global sites. You will coordinate IATF16949/ISO9001/VDA audits, train lead auditors, and collaborate with product, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure regulatory compliance and robust quality processes.

You will leverage DFMEA/APQP methods and Microsoft tools to enhance audit readiness and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quality management in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing IATF16949 audits at corporate level.
• Strong DFMEA, APQP knowledge and automotive core tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to close complex product and process quality issues from initiation to closure.
• Standardize and implement QMS across ADI sites; share BKMs and procedures.
• Lead IATF16949, ISO9001, and VDA QMS audits; develop and train lead auditors.
• Coordinate with external registrars for audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Develop audit plans, set expectations, and drive APQP activities throughout product lifecycles.
• Facilitate DFMEA reviews and ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
• Provide quality systems leadership for cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Enable digital quality systems using Microsoft tools to improve efficiency.
