Staff Software Engineer – Pricing Specialist
Position Summary
GEICO is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-level solutions for our Pricing organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with insurance pricing and/or rating applications. This position involves hands-on technical leadership, innovation, and collaboration to align technology solutions with business goals.
Position Description
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product experts, and other technical leaders, to deliver end-to-end pricing solutions that will transform how GEICO develops and manages Pricing strategies. You will play a key role in the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge solutions while ensuring best practices in software design, security, and performance. This role combines technical expertise with a strong functional knowledge of Insurance Pricing and Rating systems.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Annual Salary
$105,000.00 - $260,000.00
The salary range is a guideline; final compensation depends on various factors including experience, education, location, and market conditions. Currently, GEICO will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.
