The Staff Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is a key practitioner within Integra’s Global Supply Chain & Operations organization, responsible for leading high-impact continuous improvement projects that enhance quality, service, cost, throughput, and operational stability across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Director, Operational Excellence, this role executes the Lean Six Sigma strategy, applies advanced problem‑solving methodologies, and partners directly with site leaders, Supply Chain, Quality, and cross‑functional teams to drive measurable operational results. The Black Belt also contributes to capability building by coaching Green Belts, supporting CI training, and modeling the behaviors required to sustain a culture of operational excellence in a regulated life‑sciences environment. A critical part of this role is supporting the implementation and maturation of Daily Management and tiered accountability review processes across global operations.

$109,250.00 – $149,500.00 USD Salary
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
