Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams across multiple areas
• Own the complete solution throughout its entire life cycle
• Collaborate with product managers and team members to develop enterprise-class business applications

Qualifications

• Fluency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience within a Java framework
• 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of software systems
• Experience with cloud services, specifically AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a startup-like environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• Experience with microservices architecture and extensible REST APIs
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of security protocols and products including Active Directory and OAuth
• Background in application monitoring tools and performance assessments
