Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Staff Engineer to lead cross-functional, full-stack teams in building and evolving our core transportation software stack. You will architect and develop a mix of custom and third-party solutions to keep us ahead in the logistics tech space.

You will design hybrid, on-prem, and cloud-based APIs and web apps, guiding the full SDLC and mentoring junior and senior engineers. Expect a challenging, high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-growth company.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science with 5+ years in software engineering or 10+ years overall.
• 5+ years hands-on full-stack development: Web apps, REST APIs, .NET/C#, TypeScript, React, MS SQL Server.
• 3+ years leading a teams delivering complex solutions on time.
• Experience with scalable, highly available systems and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional, full-stack agile teams to deliver software solutions.
• Design and build hybrid, on-prem, and cloud-based APIs and web apps.
• Lead full SDLC activities from research to deployment and maintenance.
• Participate in weekly support rotation and resolve incidents.
• Mentor engineers across your team.
• Deliver full-stack solutions to support rapid growth of our business.
