Job summary

Trihydro Corporation is seeking an early-career Staff Engineer to support groundwater remediation, water treatment systems, data analysis, computational modeling, and mining-related environmental projects.

In this role, you will help evaluate, operate, troubleshoot, and improve treatment systems while supporting engineering design, field investigations, regulatory compliance, project documentation, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; chemical/environment focus preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in water treatment, hydrology, or related fields.
• Experience with data review, field logs, sampling protocols, and regulatory docs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist sites with design, sizing, interpretation, and troubleshooting of process units and ponds.
• Support operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of groundwater remediation and water treatment systems.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Collect field data and samples; review system performance for regulatory reporting.
• Evaluate data to identify issues and propose improvements for reliability and compliance.
• Assist with client communication, project coordination, and cost/schedule tracking.
• Support reports, design documents, proposals, and business development efforts.
