Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cloud services, architectures, pricing, and billing to support cost decisions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate cloud cost optimization and capacity planning, and partner across teams.
• Manage and implement optimization and automation for business processes.
• Contribute to a strategy to enhance savings, spend reporting, governance.
• Collect budget requirements and maintain budget reports; forecast costs.
• Oversee FinOps stakeholder communications and define IT KPIs.
• Relay critical information to senior leadership.
• Help develop the Economic Unit using business metrics to manage cloud costs.
• Provide technical leadership across the stack, ensuring UI, APIs, and backend integration.
• Mentor engineers in system architecture, design and implementation.
• Communicate with partner teams to align across stacks.
• Utilize Kubernetes deployments to ensure reliable backend interactions.
