Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco is seeking a highly experienced technical leader specializing in experimentation infrastructure to define and guide the company-wide experimentation strategy. You will shape a long‑term roadmap and drive adoption across teams.

You will build a centralized platform powered by Eppo and integrated with Snowflake and Databricks, collaborating with Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Data Science to deliver trustworthy insights and scalable data models.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with experimentation, analytics infra, and product development.
• Experience designing and scaling experimentation platforms in SaaS systems.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and feature delivery.
• Ability to translate business objectives into experimentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for experimentation and measurement company-wide.
• Establish a roadmap for a centralized experimentation platform powered by Eppo, integrated with the data stack.
• Partner with Strategy, Analytics, Product Management, and Data Science teams.
