Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Staff Engineer – Enterprise Test Data Management to lead the technical direction of the TJX Enterprise Test Data Management platform.

You will design, implement, and optimize test data solutions across relational, non-relational, and cloud databases, partnering with architecture, security, and delivery teams to enable scalable, compliant data use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing test data management for relational, non-relational and cloud databases.
• 2+ years building and supporting TDM with K2ViewPlatform.
• 5+ years in Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL and ETL technologies.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA and data masking techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test data provisioning automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for TJX's Enterprise Test Data Management platform.
• Design, develop, test, configure, and support scalable TDM solutions across databases.
• Collaborate with product teams to scale test data and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Integrate test data with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
