Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is hiring a Staff Engineer to build the company's Enterprise Data Governance platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years building and operating large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong backend and distributed systems foundation with data processing experience.
• Experience with data connectors or enterprise SaaS integrations (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack, Teams).
• Experience training ML models for classification in security, content sensitivity, or information governance.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for sensitive-information detection and remediation with cross-functional teams.
• Drive production rollout and self-service onboarding for enterprise data access platform.
• Design export-control enforcement and long-term audit logging across systems.
• Integrate enterprise content sources into the AI knowledge platform with proper access controls.
• Set and enforce content ingestion quality, freshness, and access-control correctness.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentor engineers.
