Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering or durability validation for electromechanical systems.
• Deep understanding of Drive Unit subsystems, Motors, Inverter, Power Electronics, and Gearboxes.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the reliability strategy for drive unit systems.
• Develop and improve test methodologies for validation.
• Lead analysis of test and warranty data to identify trends.
