Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or advanced degree with 8+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience in downstream purification process development.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead downstream purification tech transfer and scale-up activities from Process Development to GMP facilities.
• Provide GMP manufacturing support for campaigns, process validation, and CPV/PPQ.
• Serve as SME in downstream purification including chromatography, filtration, UF/DF.
• Design and analyze small- and pilot-scale studies for characterization and validation.
• Support process monitoring, data analysis, predictive modeling, and root cause investigations.
• Partner with CMOs and cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer and readiness.
