Dynamism is hiring a Member of Technical Staff, Deployments in San Francisco or New York, on-site, with a $400K to $500K salary plus meaningful equity. You will build robust environments and tasks to evaluate AI agents, tackle bottlenecks, and scale operations for frontier models.

The role rewards a strong technical generalist who can traverse engineering, research, and non-engineering challenges, think in systems, and communicate clearly as priorities shift. Prior startup experience is a plus.
