Job summary

Pace is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Customer Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers in New York. You will ship features, integrations, and fixes that unblock deployments and drive production impact within mission-critical insurance workflows.

You will build and maintain integrations connecting to customer systems, debug complex issues, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to transition from POC to production, ultimately owning outcomes for multiple customers and

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations that connect to customer systems (APIs, data pipelines, internal tools).
• Ability to debug and resolve complex issues across AI agents, customer environments, and third-party systems.
