Job summary

Pace, the AI operations partner for leading insurers, is seeking a deployed engineer to partner with our largest customers on mission‑critical problems. Based in New York, you’ll join a tight-knit, ~30 person team in person and work across integrity, ambition, and impact as Pace expands into new use cases.

You will ship features, integrations, and evaluations in the codebase, collaborate with engineering on larger products, and help customers unlock value with enterprise AI deployments.

Pace is the AI operations partner for the world's leading insurers. We combine the speed of AI agents with expert review by our insurance operations team to automate insurance tasks. Role

We’re looking for a deployed engineer who will partner with our largest customers mission critical problems with Pace.
