Qualifications

• Real world experience building complex distributed systems.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: concurrency, algorithms and data structures.
• Go primarily used; other languages learnable.
• Commitment to code quality and test infrastructure.
• Focus on end-user experience and business value over trendy tech.
• Ability to work across stacks and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Research new cryptoassets and integrate them into Anchorage Digital’s platform.
• Implement participatory features such as staking, governance, vesting.
• Develop infrastructure that scales across crypto networks.
• Support assets through upgrades and monitor for network issues.
• Contribute and review code across the stack and engineering org.
• Balance shipping speed with careful, measured engineering practices.
• Foster a deterministic testing culture and minimize tech debt.
• Influence architecture and product roadmap; participate in planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams; help scale the group.
• Work on blockchain/crypto movement and SecOps innovations.
• Ship code that impacts the global economy.
