The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a relevant role, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in delivering user-centric software solutions. The position involves algorithm development, unit tests, and supporting flight tests, contributing significantly to the company's mission to protect civilians and service members worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's; or 3 years and Master's; or PhD with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to navigate development cycles and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and test-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain control and autonomy algorithms within the code base.
• Conduct algorithm development, unit tests, and flight software qualification.
• Help update and validate truth models as required.
