Shield AI in Dallas seeks a seasoned leader to manage the Guidance and Control team, owning all control and autonomy algorithms within the VBAT codebase. You will steer architecture, development, unit tests, and flight-test support while coordinating with Hivemind, State Estimation, Simulation, Aerodynamics, and Embedded Software teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain all control and autonomy algorithms within the VBAT codebase.
• Coordinate tightly with Hivemind, State Estimation, Simulation Development, Aerodynamics, and Embedded Software teams.
• Drive full lifecycle development, including algorithm development, design, coding, tests, and flight-test support.
