Telemetry Today LLC seeks a Staff Engineer for the Hivemind Reasoning team to design, train, adapt, and evaluate reasoning models for unmanned platforms across aerial, maritime, land, and space domains.

You will own complex technical challenges, from model architecture to evidence of mission effectiveness, supporting single vehicles and large coordinated teams under edge, limited compute, and intermittent communications constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define model architectures and training objectives for reasoning and cognition models.
• Establish rigorous evidence of mission effectiveness on unmanned platforms.
• Collaborate with perception, MLOps, simulation, autonomy, and inference teams to deliver capabilities.
