Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Android with MVI, strong Kotlin, Jetpack Compose experience, and Agile delivery expertise.

• 7+ years of experience building highly scalable Android apps using MVI architecture.
• Expert-level Kotlin and mentoring others.
• Strong knowledge of Android best practices and user considerations.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and DI patterns.
• Experience delivering with Agile/SCRUM.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Engineer - Android (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will own the development and technical direction of scalable Android applications, with a strong focus on architecture, code quality, and delivery excellence. You will partner closely with product and design teams to shape impactful features and help remove roadblocks across the engineering organization. The position also includes mentoring engineers, strengthening best practices, and supporting incident response in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,000 – $235,000 annually
