Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production systems.
• Backend fundamentals; Python preferred, NodeJS acceptable.
• Full-stack experience with React and Typescript.
• Experience with distributed or event-driven architectures.
• Interest or experience in AI-native or LLM-powered products.
• Strong product instincts and attention to detail.
• High ownership mindset in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems that automate complex, multi-step workflows end to end.
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop AI-powered features using LLMs in production environments.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and data models as the product scales.
• Build clean, intuitive user-facing and internal tools.
• Design integrations with external platforms and services.
• Evolve system architecture to support rapid growth and increasing complexity.
