Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of software engineering experience with expertise in Slurm and Kubernetes, along with a strong background in large-scale distributed systems. This position offers a base salary range of $185,000 to $275,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) match, and flexible PTO. The role supports a hybrid work environment, and candidates can work remotely if located over 30 miles from an office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record designing and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Deep expertise in Slurm/Kubernetes internals and cloud-native development.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term strategy for CoreWeave’s orchestration platform.
• Define architectural direction and own parts of the orchestration platform.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive best practices in reliability.
